The positions are remote, yet applicants must reside in London and be at least 18 years old. This employment scheme aligns with the Living Wage Foundation's standards, ensuring fair compensation.
Those hired will engage with customers and handle various tasks across different departments in Ikea's virtual universe, including serving meatballs, assisting with customer queries, and managing stock.
