The Oasis Foundation, creators of the world's first privacy-enabled blockchain platform, is looking for a talented Developer Relations Manager to join their growing team. According to the job description, in this role, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Building a strong Oasis developer community:Â You will be responsible for engaging with developers, answering their questions, and providing them with the resources they need to build successful dApps on the Oasis Network.
- Evangelism:Â You will spread the word about Oasis technologies to the wider Web3 ecosystem, highlighting the unique benefits of privacy-preserving blockchain.
- Technical expertise:Â You will have a deep understanding of the Oasis Network, the Oasis Sapphire platform (confidential EVM), and the Oasis Privacy Layer (OPL).
- Community management:Â You will actively manage and engage with the Oasis developer community on platforms like the Oasis Forum and Discord.
- Content creation:Â You will create engaging technical content such as documentation, tutorials, and videos to help developers get started with Oasis.
Here are some of the key requirements for this role:
- Passionate about software development, Web3, and building communities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer or developer relations/advocate
- Experience contributing to open-source projects (bonus points for blockchain/Web3 projects)
- Strong technical understanding of smart contract development, particularly Solidity
- In-depth knowledge of developer products and tooling in the Web3 space
- Excellent written and spoken English
Additionally, the following experience would be a plus:
- Experience building documentation and creating technical content
- Experience with public speaking and hosting workshops
- 3+ years of experience in a Layer-1 blockchain network or Web3 protocols
