4. Ripple
Ripple's internship program offers a comprehensive experience for interns, setting a solid foundation for their professional journey. Interns at Ripple are involved in meaningful challenges that directly impact the company's mission and contribute to its growth. The program is structured to provide a blend of hands-on learning and development, with support from team members and access to a variety of resources.
Interns are assigned mentors and buddies to guide them throughout their tenure at Ripple, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment. Importantly, interns work on substantial projects that either contribute to Ripple's codebase, benefit customers, or are utilized internally. At the conclusion of the internship, there is an opportunity to present their work to both the team and company leaders, showcasing their contributions and learning.
The internship program at Ripple is seasonal, primarily hiring in the fall and summer, with occasional opportunities in winter and spring. Each internship lasts 12 weeks, with a possibility of extension. Ripple offers internships in its global offices as well as remotely, depending on the role, and all positions are paid based on the intern's geographic location.
